DESCRIPTION:Join us for our first JBC of 2024! \n\nOn our agenda we have a special presentation by the Orange County Septic Tank Workgroup.  \n\n\n\nOrange County Septic Tank Workgroup:   The Workgroup includes participation from several County departments and the Florida Department of Health working together to address this complex issue.  The Workgroup intends to present proposed policy recommendations related to both septic tanks and requirements to connect to central sewer to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) in Spring 2024. Prior to bringing these draft policies to the BCC\, the Workgroup would like to present a brief overview of the Workgroup and a summary of the proposed policy changes to various groups and stakeholders\, including GOBA\, which has been identified as one of the key stakeholders. \n\n\n\nDon't miss out on your opportunity to give the county staff your thoughts on proposed policy changes!  Join us this Wednesday\, January 10th for lunch! \n\n\n\n                        \n\n\n\nJBC meets regularly with the building officials from counties and municipalities in the Greater Orlando region. Our goal is to create and maintain a constructive dialog to promote the timely exchange of information related to plans review\, permitting and inspection processes.
