Final entry deadline February 1, 2016. All materials must be received by February 1, 2016 in order to be eligible for judging. No exceptions.

- Entry fees must be paid in full prior to receiving any of the entry benefits. Entries may be completed at the time of registration, but will not "go live" until funds have been received (and cleared) by the Greater Orlando Builders Association.
- Entrants must sign the 2016 Participation Agreement
- All entries open for tours must carry public liability insurance (minimum of $500,000). A Certificate of Insurance is a requirement of entry and the Greater Orlando Builders Association, Inc. must be listed as an additional insured party.
- All Entries owned by someone other than the Parade entrant, must obtain an owner affidavit granting permission for the property to be showcased in the Parade of Homes. Affidavits must be provided to the GOBA prior to the entry going "live". Open to the Public Not Open
- No entry/entrant/participant may charge admission or solicit donations for access to their entry in the Parade of Homes event.
- The Greater Orlando Builders Association's Parade of Homes committee and the sitting President of the Association reserve the right to refuse an entry, and edit any and all content to be published on Parade of Homes materials (including, but not limited to the Parade of Homes website and Guide).
- Judging will take place March 31 and April 1, 2016. Entries must be complete and ready for judges both days between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. No exceptions. Grand Award judging will take place April 8 and entries must be available for judging to be eligible for a Grand Award.
