Event Sponsors

SAM Tram is a unique opportunity for builder and associate members to network directly with local REALTORS. REALTORS are chauffeured in luxury coaches on a tour of new Central Florida communities. Builders are given the opportunity to entertain the REALTORs and "show-off" their homes. Associate sponsors ride on the bus with the REALTORs for all day networking opportunities.

Buses will depart at 9 am sharp and return at 5pm. Departure locations and times may vary, so please check individual tours.

Southeast tour- April 5th: ICI Homes- Live Oak Estates, CalAtlantic Homes- Eagle Creek, Toll Brothers- Toll Brothers at Eagle Creek, Minto Communities- Laureate Park at Lake Nona, Richmond American Homes- North Pointe, Pulte Homes- Lakeshore at Narcoossee & Jackson Park, Dream Finders Homes- Preserve at Turtle, Beazer Homes- Reserve at Sawgrass

Fees/Admission

Sponsors
Bus Sponsor - $175
*This is a working sponsorship and requires attendance at a one-time sponsorship meeting as well as the solicitation of REALTOR® participants.
Please be aware that the number of buses is contingent on a minimum number of Realtors. If a minimum is not met, all funds will be returned in full.
*Sponsorship will be limited depending on the number of real estate agents. Sponsorships will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Maximum of 4 sponsors per tour. One tour per company unless there is room for more. Deadline March 3, 2016.

Builders
BUILDER REGISTRATION CLOSED
One Model - $299
Sales Center (up to 3 models) - $450
additional models in a Sales Center can be added for $100 each

SAM Tram Committee reserves the right to select the homes and communities included on the SAM Tram tour. Application does not guarantee entry on the SAM Tram. If your entry is not selected, your fee will be refunded in full.
