SAM Tram is a unique opportunity for builder and associate members to network directly with local REALTORS. REALTORS are chauffeured in luxury coaches on a tour of new Central Florida communities. Builders are given the opportunity to entertain the REALTORs and "show-off" their homes. Associate sponsors ride on the bus with the REALTORs for all day networking opportunities.

Buses typically depart at 9 am and return by 5 pm. Check individual tours for exact times.
March 29 - North tour
April 5 - Southeast tour
April 12 - Southwest tour
April 19 - West tour

PLEASE PARK EITHER ON TAVISTOCK BLVD OR BEHIND THE RESTAURANT AT THE AQUATIC CENTER
Fees/Admission
Cancelation deadline for real estate agents is one week prior to each tour.
One tour for $10
Two tours for $15
Any 3 for $20
All tours for $30
