SAM Tram is a unique opportunity for builder and associate members to network directly with local REALTORS. REALTORS are chauffeured in luxury coaches on a tour of new Central Florida communities. Builders are given the opportunity to entertain the REALTORs and "show-off" their homes. Associate sponsors ride on the bus with the REALTORs for all day networking opportunities.

North tour- March 29th: David Weekley Homes- Oveido on the Park & Oakland Park, M/I Homes- Astor Grande at Lake Forest, Richmond American Homes- Chandler Estates, CalAtlantic Homes- Magnolia Park & Bradford Creek, Royal Oak Homes- Black Lake, Taylor Morrison- Cypress Reserve

Southeast tour- April 5th: ICI Homes- Live Oak Estates, CalAtlantic Homes- Eagle Creek, Toll Brothers- Toll Brothers at Eagle Creek, Minto Communities- Laureate Park at Lake Nona, Richmond American Homes- North Pointe, Pulte Homes- Lakeshore at Narcoossee & Jackson Park,  Dream Finders Homes- Preserve at Turtle, Beazer Homes- Reserve at Sawgrass
