Course Description: This course covers the requirements and steps Building Inspectors perform during Pool Inspections as required in the Florida Building Code and the approved set of plans.

Upon completion of the course, participants shall be able to:

• Understand and implement the steps required to do a proper inspections for the construction of a pool
• Describe the requirements for inspecting a pool
• Read plans and inspect installation in accordance with approved plans
• Explain the inspection requirements to contractors and builders
