Join us October 4th at the GOBA Developers Council as Mike Timmerman, Senior Vice President at Meyers Research, examines the amenities in the Active Adult (55+) market in Central Florida. From golf and walking trails to amenity centers and resort-style pools, we’ll discuss the amenities that are selling, and differences in reaching this unique demographic. Following Mike’s presentation, we’ll dive deeper with an Active Adult panel of experts.
