Developers Council - Update on Osceola County Moratorium/LDC

Osceola County Staff, including Kerry Godwin the Director of Planning and Design, will be presenting an update/recap on the recent countywide development moratorium and the upcoming proposed land development code changes.
The Developers Council is a group of committed developers, builders and associate members who meet monthly to discuss prominent issues and topics relating to the residential construction industry. Our programs include an opportunity to network, enjoy a drink, and engage in conversation with a professional panel on issues relating to residential building.
