Attention Builders: Give REALTORS a sneak peak into your UPCOMING, NEW CONSTRUCTION projects with VIRTUAL VISITS! Your online presentations can include video walk-throughs, renderings, statistics covering topics such as:
Spec Homes • REALTOR Incentives • Timeline of Product Offerings and MORE!

Attention SPONSOR: Be a HOST MODERATOR of these Virtual Visits and get in front of Builder and REALTORS in a unique way.

Virtual Visit Presentations will be via Zoom Meetings. Presentations will be coordinated with GOBA Staff and logins will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS

SPONSOR HOST MODERATORS
• 1 Sponsor per Session / $250 per Session
•  Moderate/monitor Zoom Session of Builder Presentations
•  Coordinate details and scheduling of presentations by each builder per Session*
•  Provide 15-minute Sponsor Presentation (live or taped)
**This is a “working” sponsorship and requires Sponsors to work with GOBA staff to develop Sessions

BUILDER PRESENTERS
•  $250 per Region/Time Slot (15-minute Presentation: 10 min. content + 5 min. Q&A) / Maximum 3 time slots
•  Be comfortable hosting Zoom Presentations (live including screen-shareable slides)
•  Live offering of raffle “door prizes” to REALTORS who attend the full, 45-60 minute Zoom Session

• Presentation Content Ideas on NEW COMMUNITIES and/or NEW MODELS:

        •  What differentiates your product from other Builders
          •  Requirements for REALTOR Incentives
•  Timeline of product opening
•  Offerings of spec homes

• How you work with outside lenders; additional benefits to working with outside lenders*

**Note: Presentation should be about PRODUCTS and AMENITIES and should NOT include your in-house lender.

REALTOR ATTENDEES Registration
• Entry: 1 or Multiple Sessions
• Raffle “Door Prizes” for qualified attendees of ENTIRE 45-60 minute Session

REALTOR Attendee Fee: Free for single or multiple sessions. Pre-registration required. Zoom logins TBA
