About Us

Estate This is a boutique new construction real estate sales firm based in Orlando, founded in 2025 by Ana F. Pelaez and Steffanie Cupini. We function as an outsourced sales team for small to mid size builders across Central Florida who want strong, dedicated sales support without building in house infrastructure. Rather than long term contracts, we work through per property listing agreements, giving builders flexibility and a true partner for each community.

Our team has closed more than 370 homes representing over $400 million in sales volume, and we bring a broker network spanning 15+ countries across Latin America, Brazil, China, Vietnam, the UK, and beyond. Bilingual service in English and Spanish, paired with culturally fluent local partner agents, allows us to connect Central Florida builders with international buyers who might otherwise be out of reach.

We are proud members of Stellar MLS and ORRA, with a financing partnership through Cornerstone First Mortgage that helps simplify the process for buyers, including those purchasing from abroad. Every listing we take on gets personal, high touch guidance from first contact through financing and closing; for us, real estate is about building lasting relationships, not just closing transactions.
