I am Chief Operating Officer at RGH Waste & Disposal. I lead waste hauling, roll-off dumpster rentals, dispatch, and fleet performance across Metro Orlando, with a focus on keeping equipment reliable and jobs on schedule.
I have more than 15 years in waste, recycling, and heavy equipment operations. I started at Sunshine Recycling in 2009 as a welder and advanced through mobile compactor repair, truck mechanics, and operations leadership. Before joining RGH Waste in October 2023, I spent five years as Operations Manager at Milling Technologies, directing service and repair work for equipment used by Disney, United Rentals, and Sunbelt Rentals.
As COO, I concentrate on route efficiency, fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and service reliability for construction, commercial, and residential customers. The standard is straightforward: deliver what was promised and keep downtime low.
