I am a 30 year veteran of the mortgage industry and decorated Navy and Marine Corps veteran.

Since relocating to Florida in 2019, my team and I have worked specifically with local and national builders helping them with all mortgage needs.  My group offers over 30 construction to perm and renovation loan products, as well as turnkey mortgage products - we are 100% geared towards doing business with builders.

The Lyons Group at PrimeLending offers partnerships for traditional forward commitments (blocks of reduced interest rate mortgages), as well as "Flexible" Forward Commitments that are for small to midsized builders so they can compete on the same "mortgage interest rate" playing field as the national builders (new in 2024).
